This place is absolutely cavernous! You walk through the double automatic doors - if you're in a wheelchair, thumbs up to this - and you're greeted by a large counter/bar/coffee prep area that divides the room in two. On the right-hand side is a more formal dining room, with comfy looking chairs and beautiful timber tables. At the back the space looks into the open kitchen.
On the left-hand side is a more casual dining area. A great space to devour a latte on the go or to pick up a quick takeaway lunch. On the topic of lunch, the food at The Bowery is distinctly Italian. Pizza, pasta, and focaccias if you're after something a bit lighter. This, punctuated with the other usual stuff you'd find on a traditional Italian cafes menu. Along with decent coffee, Italian soft drinks, and a full bar.
There are a few power points that I know of in the casual dining area and there is free WiFi if you ask nicely.
